Obagi Nu-Derm System
As many of you know, I started the Obagi NuDerm 6 week treatment regimen for my acne damage, hyperpigmentations and fine lines or general roughness on March 29. I am now starting my second course! I actually only wear some eyeliner, lip gloss and a little concealer under my eyes when I go out now! NO need for a full mask of foundation anymore!! I haven't done that since I was like 14! "The Master Cleanse"
Some of you may remember that I went on that "cleanse". Which
translates into that I had no food for 14 days -- living only on a
concoction of spring water, organic grade B maple syrup, organic lemons
and cayenne for 13 of them.
So, did it work?? Well, I did lose a significant amount of water weight
which my body has major problems letting go of. I had lost fat and my
kidneys are no longer hurting nor are my joints -- my gout is gone.
Well, you ask, did the fat stay off? Yes, and no. Of course you gain
half of the weight back. I certainly did because as some of you know
IT'S AVOCADO SEASON!!! I couldn't help it! I went nuts and ate guacamole

vegetarian-ovo because I only have like one piece of real cheese a month
all the rest is rice milk, veggie cheese or white flour products and no
animal products. Not because I am against eating animals, but because my
body can't handle it. I am losing fat again, thanks to my cessation of
inhaling large amounts of guacamole. I took some shameless bikini
photos. When I say shameless, I mean that you will be required to wear
sunglasses when you view them because I cannot be liable for your
blindness. I am pale, pasty and untoned and they are just plain, lateral
and front bathing suit shots. No posing, just
take-it-or-leave-it-on-the-last-day-of-my-cleanse type of photos.
Medical shots, if you will. It will be at my skinniest without
exercising just fasting for 14 days "look". Scary, so beware!
You will see I need knee and thigh lipo and a tan :(

be eczema, contact dermatitis or anything of that nature check out
