It's not what you look like, it's about attitude! I realize that how we look to ourselves or to others may affect our general esteem - but for the most part it's all about YOU, baby. Esteem is attitude and how you carry yourself. There are many, many, MANY people who don't aren't considered attractive by society but these people do have high self esteem. Amazingly, many people who are considered attractive by society don't have much self esteem. It's not about competition or he who dies with the most implants, wins. It's about who you are and how you portray yourself to the world. Think you are wonderful, love yourself -- and so will others. This section coming soon!

This section has taken me a long time to think about, mill over and create. I never knew what confidence really was. It isn't about body parts and clothes. it is about YOU, who you are, what you have accomplished, how you feel about who this person whose skin you reside in is. It is a work in process so please bear with me. I am learning about myself right now so when I figure it all out, I'll write about it. Generic advice just doesn't cut it in the real world. You don't need some armchair advice from anyone much less someone you've never met. but I will share my own experiences, feelings and realizations one day soon.
